Eudonet announces 11% organic growth in recurring revenue (SaaS) for the year 2021 and confirms its partnership with the Montagu fund for an enterprise value of approximately 150 million euros

Courbevoie, January 24th 2022 - Eudonet, a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions publisher and integrator, announces an 11% organic growth in recurring revenue (SaaS) compared to the year 2020; now representing 68% of a total revenue of more than €25M. Eudonet also confirms that Montagu will become its majority shareholder, as announced on November 3rd 2021.

CAPTURING GROWTH

After nearly 5 years with the fund Quilvest Capital Partners, Eudonet is now writing a new page in its history with Montagu, as announced on November 3rd. This partnership, valuing Eudonet at around €150 million, continues and accelerates the growth strategy through additional investments in product development, new sectors and international expansion.
