Cloud-based CRM leader Eudonet announces 22% increase in recurring revenue in 2018

14th February 2019

Eudonet, the CRM (Contact Relationship Management) developer and integrator, has announced its annual figures for 2018.
In March 2017, Eudonet was entrusted to Antoine Henry, previously CEO of Sage France, and Fabrice Vernière, previously CFO of Sage Europe. They are also backed by Quilvest Private Equity. Their new expansion strategy has already borne fruit in 2018, noting an increase in recurring income (in SaaS) of 22% compared to 2017, allowing Eudonet to deliver a revenue of 15m€.
The increase reported is evenly spread across the countries in which Eudonet is operating: France, the UK, Canada, Belgium and Switzerland.
The revenue increase can be put down to a strong positive momentum in new sales, Eudonet reporting a record 120 new clients in 2018. Today, over 1,200 organisations use Eudonet CRM on a daily basis.
Antoine Henry, President of Eudonet, commented: “ We’re thrilled that the latest version of Eudonet CRM has been as much of a success with our existing clients as with the new clients who have just joined us. In 2019, we will continue to build our presence in the UK following the acquisition of 3Si last year. Our Canada office has also doubled the size of its office team over the last 12 months, and has recently signed our largest contract to date on their side of the Atlantic.”
