Leading European CRM technology provider Eudonet acquires UK Association CRM sector specialist 3SI

Eudonet, the leading CRM technology provider in Europe, has acquired UK firm 3Si, developer of the OM.Net solution. This acquisition will considerably increase Eudonet’s presence in the UK specifically on the Professional Associations sector.
Since 2006, Chris and Pete Sinclair have significantly developed the Newcastle-under-Lyme company 3Si and its OM.Net CRM solution dedicated to the not-for-profit sector in particular Professional Associations in the UK. OM.Net is currently used by more than 30 significant associations.

Eudonet is the leading French CRM provider present in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, and more recently in the UK. In order to expand its international presence, Eudonet is happy to announce the acquisition of 3Si. 3Si will bring to the group its considerable experience of the association market in the UK with it’s highly qualified & knowledgeable staff.

3Si is to be renamed “Eudonet UK” starting today. Eudonet UK and Eudonet Group will work together to develop the next generation of OM.Net based on Eudonet’s advanced cloud technology platform. OM.Net customers will be able to continue using the current version of OM.Net and will have the opportunity to migrate to the new version when it becomes available.
